Role Summary:
Develops and implements centrifugal pump testing processes and methods in accordance with project specifications and safety/quality standards; Develops, evaluates, and improves testing methods with solid knowledge of product, tooling and testing equipment capabilities. Uses concepts of Lean and Continuous Improvement to improve testing operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Performs centrifugal pump testing activities according to interpretation/implementation of customer specifications and documentation requirements.
Communication between design engineering and manufacturing team in case of hydraulic improvement needed based on test result.
Preparation and design of testing facilities based on the demand of production and operation plan.
Define manufacturing routing together with Manufacturing and other function teams to improve shop floor efficiency for new products.
Participates in customer technical interface meetings to clarify the consistency of testing process.
Participates in Concurrent Product Development activities including but not limited to developing and implementing testing criteria and process, creating and implementing manufactural processes, improving manufacturing processes to eliminate nonvalue added activities, creating standard work, and reducing process or inspection time.
Works with limited guidance on complex engineering activities including designing fixtures, and cost saving analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Assists in the development and selection of optimal capital equipment and tooling and commissioning of new manufacturing processes.

Preferred Experience / Skills:
University Graduate or above
Excellent written & spoken English
Over 5 years related working experience
Professional knowledge in centrifugal pump knowledge, related testing standards Lean safety
Microsoft Office, 3Ddesign，good electrical, mechanical, instrument related knowledge
Teamwork and self-initiatives
