Resumen del puesto:
Como Técnico de Servicio de Campo, serás responsable de la coordinación con los clientes en cuestiones de campo, reclamaciones de garantía y resoluciones. Realizará y apoyará trabajos de puesta en marcha, servicio y reparación en las instalaciones del cliente.
Responsabilidades:
Procesamiento y aceptación de pedidos
Preparar estimaciones de costes menos descuentos de acuerdo con las especificaciones
Programar pedidos
Preparar presupuestos para productos estándar según listas predefinidas
Leer y evaluar las especificaciones del cliente y los documentos de requisitos del cliente
Compilar documentos de oferta técnica y comercial
Establecer y mantener sólidas relaciones con los clientes
Apoyar a los clientes durante las visitas a las instalaciones
Tramitar las reclamaciones de los clientes
Buscar, desarrollar y aplicar soluciones técnicas a problemas especiales
Coordinarse eficazmente con los clientes internos y externos
Establecer un área de trabajo segura y adecuada y cumplir todos los requisitos de seguridad
Realizar reparaciones y actividades de servicio in situ y en la empresa
Proporcionar apoyo técnico y formación cuando sea necesario
Otras tareas asignadas
Requisitos:
Técnico Mecánico o Licenciatura Ingenieria Mecanica o grado en el campo pertinente y con 5 a 7 años de experiencia pertinente
Gran capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita
Organizado y eficiente
Dominio de Microsoft Office, incluido Word
Conocimientos de SAP en SD;MM;PP
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
Experiencia atendiendo a clientes de los sectores del petróleo y el gas, la energía, la química, el agua y otros sectores generales.
Capacidad para cambiar las prioridades a diario sin dejar de producir resultados.
Habilidades preferidas:
