Flowserve is looking for a Cash & Bank Accountant to ensure daily reconciliation of current accounts, work together with Cash-Application, Payment and On-Site team and support month end closing processes under US GAAP.
Responsibilities:
Maintain documented processes on multiple locations and systems simultaneously
Work together with Cash-Application, Payment and On-Site team members to ensure daily reconciliation of current accounts
Support month end closing processes under US GAAP (US GAAP accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, process documentation (DTP), internal and external audit, reporting towards business partners, ad-hoc analysis)
Process improvement & harmonization
Understand systems and tools used by the team
Report recurring issues
Participate in projects to drive efficiency
Assist colleagues involved in internal and external transitions / job shadowing
Requirements:
0-1 years relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome
Bachelor's Degree in related field (Economics, Accounting)
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders
Understands and works efficiently with MS Excel, Outlook and other office software
Basic knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems
Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills
Supportive attitude
