Role Summary:

As a Parts Execution Supervisor, you are responsible for the order management and execution of pump parts & TTU spares along with OE for the Coimbatore site and ensuring & increasing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Management of a team

  • Ensuring and optimizing the operational KPIs

  • Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers in coordination with the sales department for the pump parts & spares.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Mechanical/Production or relevant engineering graduate.

  • 5-6 years of experience in supervising a team of engineers in order management & parts execution. Willingness to communicate with colleagues at production sites and service centers in an international environment

  • Basic plant and process knowledge of pump technology and vacuum technology

  • Several years of professional and management experience, preferably in the field of service and customer support in pump industry.

  • Very good written and spoken English skills

  • High quality awareness, commitment and high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation

  • Good PC and MS Office skills

  • Experience with SAP

  • Independent, team-oriented work

  • Overall entrepreneurial mindset
