Role Summary:

As a Traffic Analyst, you will oversee the fulfillment of logistics requirements for a multi-site area within the region. You will be responsible for the deployment and execution of site specific logistics strategies, as well as maintaining an effective working relationship with key logistics providers to maximize Flowserve’s logistics capabilities and enhance the customer order-to-delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate foreign trade operation (Import/Export/Direct Shipments) with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and customs.

  • Work closely with the areas involved to collect the information required to issue the SIMI/LNA.

  • Cost Estimation (Import / Export)

  • Actively follow up the process to ensure a delivery date to internal customers.

  • Provide documents and cost estimate for warehouse receiving

  • Document control (Invoice/Packing List/Certificate of Origin/Transportation Documents) for compliance with Argentine Customs Regulations

  • Maintain up-to-date record and documentary background of all foreign trade transactions

  • Ensure that all inbound and outbound shipments are in full compliance with company and country regulations.

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or student of the last years of International Trade, customs broker or accordingly.

  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools.

  • Intermediate English

  • Proactive person

  • Self-management, planning and organization skills.

  • Communication and presentation skills.

  • Predisposition for team work.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Preferable:

  • 0-2 years of experience in similar positions.
