We are looking for an international trade apprentice for our Arnage site (approx. 260 employees).
Responsibilities:
Launching, processing and follow-up of orders for our end-user customers/distributors.
Transport logistics between Flowserve and Arnage plants.
Identify spare parts required, then communicate with customers and relevant departments.
Analysis and verification of orders, preparation of commercial documents, validation of terms and conditions.
Follow-up of customer order deliveries, production schedules and supplier reminders.
Item coding, supplier/Supply chain consultation.
Check payment terms and conditions.
Order analysis and verification, in line with offer.
Forecast invoicing.
Customer communication, and participation in Teams meetings in English.
Requirements:
Fluent English (written essential, oral desirable).
Compliance with tax and customs legislation for export and import files.
Compliance with the rules and procedures of the company's Quality Assurance System (ISO 9001).
Team spirit and interpersonal skills.
Autonomy and initiative.
