Role Summary:
Engineer Senior will perform Design & Development activities and order
Engineering for the product.
Preparing, reviewing and documenting Design layouts, Part drawings, Part
models and Engineering calculations as per order requirement
Create, Manage and Update technical folders/document for PED, API 6D
and other certifications and Keep CE marking folder updated
To support internal sales and intercompany sales team on RFQ's and
technical queries.
To support Manufacturing & sub-contractors, purchase, PED to sort out
technical issues
To support and Participate in external Audit to approve Product & Process
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Preparation of review TMBV Valve designs in compliance with API 6A and API 6D Standards.
Review Engineering Output – EBOM; Drawing; Procedure and Specification
Review Engineering BOM & Drawings, Second Level
Preparation and review Design Calculation, Design Verification
Review customer Inquiries and Engineering outputs.
Prepare design documents, collect inputs, store & retain, maintain, revise, retrieve, disposition as required.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Solidworks 2D Detailing and 3D Modelling
ERP / MRP Systems (SAP)
CAE Tool Ansys
Type of materials /properties
Knowledge on ASME CODES
Knowledge on Manufacturing Process
Knowledge on TMBV Valve Design Standards
Familiarization of codes and standards
Oil and Gas Customer Specifications
TMBV Product Knowledge
IMS (EMS/OHSAS), Functional safety requirements
QMS (ISO 9001 & API Spec Q1)
API Monogram -6A and 6D
Knowledge on CE -PED Requirements
Engineering bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in engineering design. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in TMBV Design is mandatory.
