Role Summary

Field Service Competency• Mechatronics Discipline in Training• Capability Sourcing Strategy from Competitions dealing in similar product type of positioners, electric actuations, DCS, Master Stations, etc.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Field Service Competency

  • Mechatronics Discipline in Training

  • Capability Sourcing Strategy from Competitions dealing in similar product type of positioners, electric actuations, DCS, Master Stations, etc.

  • Manage QRC projects, service technical & support, and growing business;

  • Design/customizes service solutions in accordance with customer request and company standards/procedures, and meet the customer requirements;

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.

  • Propose the best repair solution to meet the customer’s requirement both technically and economically;

  • Coordinate and communicate with overseas facility to support service;

  • Participate and responsible for QRC weekly/monthly reports and related analysis reports;

  • Observe maintenance workflow and participate improvement opinion;

  • Develop\Audit\Manage Chinese CSC to support distributor business growing and customer satisfaction;

Requirements & Qualification

  • Education:Bachelor degree in automation or mechatronics

  • Language:Proficient in both written and oral English

  • Years of Related Experiences :Minimum 5 years in valves/automation working experience with good computer skills

  • Professional Knowledge :

  • Good in communication, negotiation, analytical & problem solving skill/Project Management skills/Good team work and mentoring skill/ Must have a good knowledge of valves, filed instruments, DCS, installation supervision and different industry processes.

  • Attitude / Personality :Cheerful character, good affinity, good state of mind, patient and meticulous

  • Other :Strong compression ability and customer service consciousness
