Role Summary
Manufacture Engineer will drive the manufacture process optimized, work with manufacture leaders to set up proper routing and layout. Qualify the manufacture process according to the standard. He or she need to have the capability to analysis and find the root cause which created product failure but it is not on test system’s radar.
Manufacture Engineer will manage all test activity in FCD Suzhou automation. He will act as core driver to prove the FCD Suzhou product and service through internal test process and system.
Manufacture Engineer will own the production test procedure and equipment upgrade to meet world class test standard and production efficiency and quality. He or She has the accountability to work with external partner including not limited to application engineer, product engineer, QA engineer and field service engineer to provide the solutions to meet customer’s request, preparing proper test database to share and ensure FCD Suzhou products performance are proper validated.

Accountabilities
Take lead new manufacture line set up and support to qualify new technician or assemblers.
Collecting test requirement from stakeholder, and develop production assembly routing, test plan, and upgrade the manufacture and test equipment to meet latest standard and customer’s request.
Understand electric actuation application and have the ability to work with R&D to prepare right test proposal.
Support semi-auto assembly test line, work with related team to ensure the line running smoothly.
Take lead for the test bench or equipment verification. Test prove the quality, put on innovation of production test to reduce various and keep consistent.
Support QA and engineer for the trouble shooting involving test method.
Work with manufacture leader and CIP to drive the lean manufacture concept.
Required and Preferred
Bachelor's degree or above and minimum 8 years electronic engineer experience
Familiar with valve actuation and knowledgeable electronic actuator production test bench and network system.
Familiar with LabVIEW is plus.
Self-motivated and self-starter, learning ability and hardworking.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written), have the ability to draft the test result(reports/drawings) in professional language.
Be effective and work collaboratively, technical/engineering orientated thinking.
