Role Summary:

BOM preparation, drawing design and other documents preparation based on the order requirements. Provide technical supports to the commercial/supply chain/manufacturing/quality department. Communicate with the global engineering for technical discussion. Trouble shooting for the possible product issues. To improve the existed product line. Possible project management for product localization tasks.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Professional technical supports for ball valves.

• Technical supports for commercial team.

• Technical clarification to the customers.

• Products design, BOMs and components design based on the order workloads.

• Possible localization project based on the market requirements, to improve the project progress.

• Technical development, research and testing for the valve performance.

• Generates or transfers appropriate documents from each business unit such as product specifications, drawings, BOMs, and test plans to ensure the production/quality.

• Communicate with global engineering for technical supports, problems solving, and documents transformation.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years work experiences with ball valves. With the project management experience is preferred.

• Minimum 4 years for cryogenic Ball Valves. Rich knowledges with cryogenic application is preferred.

• Rich experience and knowledge of ball valves design or development, project management experience is preferred.

• Sound knowledge of engineering theory and design practices.

• Proficient with SolidWorks and AutoCAD or similar engineering software, some SAP or Oracle experience is preferred.

• Proficient with the relevant ASME and API standard in valve industry.

• Familiar with production process, good knowledges with cryogenic test is preferred.

• Good communication skills.

• Good English in verbal, reading and writing.

• Good team work capabilities and high work passion.
