Role Summary
Flowserve intern program is reflecting our environment, social and governance strategy to value and develop people for long-term goals. As a leading multinational company in our industry, we believe platform is crucial for everyone especially for young talents and we would like to offer the platform where you can develop and demonstrate your abilities across multiple functions in our Suzhou site.
Key Responsibilities
The technical trainees/interns are mainly to cultivate young, energetic, and thoughtful technical talent for company.
Start from production line to study products assembling, production process, product quality requirements, etc.
Then through job rotation to study the product process, product design, quality control, logistics management process, etc.
Finally, based on student’s career expectation and performance to select matched position.
Main Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or engineering related major.
Proficient in the use of computer office software, familiar with CAD is preferred.
Have good team spirit, high sense of responsibility and learning ability.
Good English in writing and listening.
Good at communication and can work under pressure.
Long-term and full-time internship would be preferred.
