Handle complaints and warranty issues for chemical pumps from Customer job site, quick response to customer complaints also coordinate with functional departments to deal with warranty issues, provide the solution report and RCA to customer, tracking solution action and closed warranty issues
Responsibilities & Requirements: While the list is intended to be the main duties and responsibilities, it is not intended to be comprehensive (other arrangement by the supervisor).
Handle complaints and warranty issues for chemical pumps from customer；
Preliminary analyze the failure model of the pump sets in serve based on the customer feedback and on-site service situation;
Coordinate and work together with functional departments to find the root cause and submit RCA report for chemical pump warranty issues.
Contact oversea Flowserve BU to get and validate relevant repair and service information of related products.
Prepare repair plan and coordinate to get the cost, release repair or purchase schedule to customer for warranty parts.
Training and instruct repair and service technician
Communicate with customer professionally, to ensure satisfactory for warranty issues from customer, and build good relationship with customers.
Some travel is required.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Colleague or above
Enginery education background, Hydromechanics will be preferred.
Five years experience, and at least 3 years centrifuge pump working experience, Oil and Gas industry will be preferred.
Know pump design. machining and assemble process will be preferred
Use office software and Auto Desk well, such as, Excel, Word, PPT, Auto CAD and inventor and so on
Strong with organizing and communicating
Strong language skills and analytical capability
Good Written and Spoken English skills
Proficient with ERP system use and related item/BOM entry tools, familiar with the Engineering BOM and customize products. SAP or Oracle experience is preferred
