Role Summary:

Based in Singapore, the selected candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining an existing aftermarket clientele base through LCA programs in Asia Pacific. He/she will be required to seek new customers, renewal and/or convert existing customers. He/she would identify, develop, plan and execute LCA initiatives and strategies. He/she is responsible to maintain high level of customer satisfactory. Other responsibilities would also include, but not limited to, sales reports, projection and planning.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  1. Work with regional sales team to develop and pursue new LCA programs to grow alliance market share and profitability

  2. Provide LCA implementation support for all Asia Pacific LCA programs and agreements

  3. Manage Alliance/Reliability Engineers to implement alliance “best practices” within the alliance accounts

  4. Develop and maintain LCA policies and aligned the LCA polices with Company’s direction

  5. Drive profitable alliance revenue growth within the major players in the market

  6. Champion the planning and implementation of LCA programs and business development initiatives

  7. Coordinate with direct and indirect sales channels on the major LCA leads

  8. Identify and prioritize highest potential alliance accounts and niche market in Asia Pacific

  9. Work with regional sales team to drive effective LCA and alliance channel strategy

  10. Implement affective alliance strategy for the target customers in Asia Pacific

  11. Review and manage LCA inventory program/stock reduction initiatives

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  1. Minimum a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of sales experience in mechanical seals or rotating industry

  2. Candidates with Asia Pacific Alliance sales and marketing exposures will be of added advantage

  3. Experienced in handling and negotiation with customer senior management

  4. Possess high level of initiatives and sound judgement on sales development

  5. Result oriented with strong leadership and ability to motivate work team

  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, creative,

  7. Bilingual and able to communicate with customers across APAC region

  8. Able to travel for business when required
