Role Summary:

"The Project Manager is responsible for the administration of the Client's orders in Auxiliary Systems and is the first contact between the plant and the client.

It also ensures compliance with the indicators, financial, qualitative, quantitative, quality and time of the project; integrating all areas of the business unit to meet the needs of the project. "

Preferred Experience / Skills: Bachelor / Engineering or related

Project Management Training (Diploma, Certification or Postgraduate)

Master of Project Management (Desirable)

MBA Master of Business Administration (Desirable)

PMP Certification, or PMO (Desirable)

Organization Skills, Teamwork, Decision Making, Results Oriented.

Monitoring, Leadership and Communication Skills.

Project management

Negotiation and teamwork tools.

Monitoring and control of Project and Organization objectives.

Risk management and control

Minimum 5 years experience managing projects.

Experience managing multiple projects.

MS Project, MS suite MRP or similar.

Customer management experience.

Project advisory experience.

Experience in Contract reviews.

Previous work in other countries (Desirable)

Skills to relate to other cultures.

Previous experience with foreign clients or suppliers.

Knowledge of MRP systems

Group Leadership and Control

Negotiation skills

Advanced Excel

Savings Projects

Contract Review

Review of Technical Documents

Plan Review

Document Management Systems

Order Change Management

Ability to analyze and make decisions.

Risk Analysis and Management

Responsibilities & Requirements: Maintain the goals of the Project, Client and Team.

Review of Contract, Scope, Technical Documentation and project phases.

Materials analysis, tracking and margin

Monitoring of project documentation, milestones and contract deliverables.

Assist in the implementation of communication protocols and processes.

Lead the customer focus and follow-up of company policies.

Maintenance of Project records and folders.

Coordinate the correct interdisciplinary interaction for the project goals.

Client Management and development of the commercial and business relationship.

Calendar control and project execution.

100% compliance with CIP training and the Kaizen program. Follow up on the fulfillment of projects and CIP certifications.
