Role Summary:
Ensure that customer focus is promoted and ensure that the outputs of your processes are being generated and delivered.
Ensure the proper functioning of the sustainable management system is in accordance with the requirements of international standards, ensuring the integrity of the system when planning and implementing changes to the system.
Ensure compliance with the requirements established by the Safety and Environment area.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Ensure that QR is achieved
Establish controls to ensure that the product meets specifications and monitor floor execution.
Resolve or channel technical questions from operators.
Maintain Non-Quality costs according to budget
Attend customer complaints on time
Implement corrective and preventive actions derived from customer complaints or internal findings.
Evaluate and validate new products
Process customer returned materials
Develop procedures applicable to the inspection process
Follow up on the environmental aspects that apply to the area where this procedure is developed according to the ISO 14001 standard.
Ensure compliance with the requirements established in the ISO 9001 standard.
To comply with the policies, procedures and programs established in the sustainable management system, Safety, Quality, Social Responsibility and Environment applicable to their area of work.
Follow up and execute correctly each one of the activities of the TPM pillars that apply in the area where he/she works.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Chemical Engineering or any career with knowledge of Engineering.
Desirable 3 years in the automotive industry.
Desirable 3 years in Quality areas, as a Quality Engineer.

Statistical Process Control
Production parts approval process
Advanced Quality Planning
Basic Statistics
Customer Complaint Handling
Internal Audit Process,
Third party audit management
