Perform the necessary activities to develop, control and deliver to our customers the quality dossiers for all products manufactured in Tlaxcala plant in a timely manner and ensure that the documentation delivered complies with the requirements of the project and the specific requirements of customers. Complying with the procedures, standards and policies of the Sustainable Management System.
Responsibilities & Requirements: Elaboration of quality manuals (dossiers) according to client requirements and Flowserve specifications. Ensure the delivery of dossiers in a timely manner both in hard copy and digital in share points with the required quality. Issue Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Test Certificates for auxiliary systems and reservoirs. Issue Certificates of Conformity Ensure the safekeeping of the prepared dossiers. Prepare list of applicable CMTRs. Ensure that the requirements of the standards related to the quality of the products such as: ASTM, ASME, etc. are met in the documentary part. Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement process. Ensure compliance with the requirements established by the Safety and Environment area Comply with the policies, procedures and programs established in the Sustainable Management System, Safety, Quality, Social Responsibility and Environment applicable to their work area Extra activities Follow up the environmental aspects that apply to the area where this procedure is developed according to the ISO 14001 standard. Support the process in the elaboration of photographic reports of the shipped products Manage the audit reports to the process as well as the Authority Level program Stop the production lines in case of generating product out of specification or scrap Stop material to be shipped in case of quality problems Contain material due to customer complaints Generation of quality and conformity certificates. Preferred Experience / Skills: Education/Expertise Degree in Engineering or Administrative Specialties Not required Professional Education Professional Training: Bachelor's Degree Advanced Professional Training: Not required Professional Experience Work Experience Desirable 1 year in document control or dossier preparation. Desirable 1 year in Quality areas in similar position International Experience Not required Specific Knowledge Dossier elaboration Drawing Interpretation Use of PRMS, EIS and Flowserve systems Elaboration of quality reports Good use of Acrobat and Office
