Responsible for the special import and export operations (F4, A3, V1), this implies the control of automatic notices. Responsible for the control of fixed assets imported temporarily. Responsible for inventory control (Annex 24) and for ensuring the correct download of materials to comply with Annex 31. Responsible for the integration of records (record keeping) both physically and electronically..
Preferred Experience / Skills: Bachelor in International Trade / International Business / Business Administration / Related Careers (graduate).
Knowledge areas in Foreign Trade, Customs, Customs Traffic, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.
At least 3 years in import and export operation position.
Knowledge of customs legislation and the IMMEX decree.
At least one year of experience in Free Trade Treaties and / or Agreements and in International Affairs.
Foreign Trade: Customs Law, Foreign Trade Law, General Foreign Trade Rules.
Tariff Classification: LIGIE and TIGIE
Customs Regulation: Tariff Restrictions on export and import.
Continuous improvement tools
Database management (excel, access)
Tax Legislation (LIVA, ISR, IEPS, Rights and contributions)
Spanish (Native Language)
Intermediate-advanced English (able to establish business conversations)
Responsibilities & Requirements: "ISO 14001: 2015
Ensure compliance with the following activities:
a) Compliance with the policies, procedures and programs established in the Sustainable Management System, Safety, Quality, Social Responsibility and Environment.
b) Comply with the safety, order and cleanliness measures in the work area (6S's).
c) Carry out all Pure Safety modules according to the annual program, before the 20th of each month.
d) Conduct training in due time and form in accordance with the established DNC and those mandated by Flowserve.
e) Report 4 RIVOs per year.
f) Report a security observation before the 20th of each month.
g) Zero accidents and zero reports of unsafe acts or conditions. "
