Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners and stakeholders
People Management
Interact with customers via email or phone in case of escalation
Support Dispute Resolution as needed for team
Pro-actively manage collection issues and open dispute case/escalate if needed
Ensure compliance for assigned activities (e.g., process development/review) with FLS policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and local statutory, regulatory laws and regulations and that business is conducted within FLS ethical code of business conduct.
Support the organization with timely month-end closing
Active participation in transitions and projects
Participate in scheduled Collection update calls
Data Analysis and report preparation/consolidation as required in the role
Act as a backup for other supervisors in daily operation
Work together on Continuous Improvement Projects/Processes (CIP) initiatives and map impact on own processes. Channel impacts to partner functions.
Develop a deep understanding of partner functions’ processes. Support stakeholders in identifying interconnections and opportunities for improvement, driving collaborative solutions.
Lead and participate in high-impact projects as assigned, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years relevant experience
Experience as Team Lead/ Supervisor
Good communication skills
Economics/Finance related to Secondary Studies or Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any other language (as per required in role)
Ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
Intermediate user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge and experience using ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Supportive attitude and good interpersonal skill set
Embraces and drives change
Continuous improvement mindset (LEAN Six Sigma is an advantage)
