Role summary:

Ensuring input and output control of products, management of non-conforming product and methodical production support in the field of dimensional and visual inspection of manufactured parts.

Your Role:

• Inspection of manufactured parts with technical documentation and ensuring compliance of products with the drawing in accordance with the required dates

• Keeping documentation of measurements and ensuring effective inspection methods

• Solving non-conforming products in cooperation with other departments

• Participation in employee induction training in measurement and visual inspection areas

• Production support in ​​measurement - performing control measurements, methodical guidance of operators in ​​measurement

• Basic communication with customers on ​​approval of concession requests for non-conforming products

• Performing of incoming goods inspection of outsourced parts and material certificates + receipt of material

Your Profile:

• High school education, mechanical engineering orientation is an advantage

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical position in a manufacturing mechanical engineering company (work with drawing documentation and precise gauges a requirement), or at least 1 year as quality inspector position in a manufacturing mechanical engineering company

• Good reading skills of engineering drawings and working with precise gauges (knowledge of 3D measurement an advantage)

• English language is an advantage and fluent Czech language is required

• Basic knowledge of working on a PC - Windows, MS Office (Excel)

• Willingness to work in double shifts (Monday-Friday)
