Role Summary:

The Primary mission of the Operational Excellence Associate ERP and systems analyst is to help run Flowserve ERP & systems programs in our AMSS sites.

This Associate will map and document the evolving needs of the different business models. Subsequently will Implement, document and test the different systems needed. Work with customer to ensure information is targeted and enables decision making. Evaluate and analyze data to solve user information needs

This role requires a thorough coordination between Operations and IT Teams.

The Operational Excellence Accociate reports to the OPEX Regional Manager.

Responsibilities & Requirements: You will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Gather and document requirements for the processes that govern our different Operational Models supporting different Teams to understand the needs and scope for our systems.

  • Project manage the implementation, documentation and testing of ERP and associated systems.

  • Continuously work with users to assist them through training or troubleshooting, and channel their requirements to make the systems more efficient.

  • Coordinate and Facilitate ERP and systems training and certification for AMSS employees. Define training courses and calendars with special emphasis on onboarding processes when required

  • Coordinate and Facilitate training and certification for QRC employees and define training calendars as well as onboarding process as appropriate

  • Help monitor KPIs and in coordination with Sub regional operations leader procure best practices, audits and actions to improve them. Maximize Operational Performance sub-regionally to give support to QRC

  • Drive and Operate under FLS values, responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Economics or any other relevant degree.

  • 1-3 years of experience in ERP and systems consultancy .

  • Fluent in English and French language. Good Oral and written communication skills.

  • ERP System modules and business processes in finance, accounting, operations. Experience in designing and documenting ERP workflows and other auxiliary systems.

  • Experience in presenting and communicating at different levels of the organization is required. Must be able to create a good Team work environment and be capable to explain the needs and progress of the projects owned.

  • Strong commitment, ambition and patience to develop employees and peers towards new operational capabilities with the ultimate goal to increase knowledge, effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Power BI reporting and general database organization are desirable

  • Lean Practitioner certified. Strong knowledge of Lean principles and self starting mindset to apply, encourage and deploy JIT and KAIZEN projects in the Cell. Ability to communicate to the Regional Orgs best practices.

  • Willingness and readiness for travel up to 20% of the time.
