Role Summary :
A Rotary Equipment and Basic Machine Assembler will perform routine tasks (Deburring, Grinding, Balancing and Assembly). This position is also responsible for performing operational tasks following established processes.
Responsibilities:
Operate basic equipment and machines and perform routine tasks.
Operations Management: Carry out operational tasks following established processes.
Health, Safety and Environment - Follow basic mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and the welfare of self and others.
Operational compliance: follow a simple mandatory procedure to ensure work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure compliance with external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
Internal communications: exchange information with people by having courteous interactions with them.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Technologist or technician in Industrial Mechanics/similar with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in operating basic equipment and machines.
Knowledge of metrology
Knowledge of ISO Standards
Verbal communication: uses clear and effective elementary verbal communication skills to express ideas and request actions
Planning and organization: works with guidance plan, organization and prioritizes activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
Policy and Procedures - Works with guidance to understand policies and procedures while ensuring they match organizational strategies and objectives.
Health and Safety - Applies elementary concepts to manage and implement safe systems of work.
Equipment Utilization - Works to optimize utilization of shop floor, equipment and materials.
