Role Summary:

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for managing all assigned projects/contracts, for the supply of products and/or services, from the arrival of the order to the complete fulfillment of the supply and invoicing.

You will be the focal point for the client, regarding the progress of the project, and coordination between the various company functions, regarding the risks and opportunities of the projects managed in compliance with the schedule and in the interest of the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Applies and observes project management office operating procedures and ensures that they are observed in day-by-day processes.

  • Performs detailed contract analysis to verify that all necessary and mandated requirements are present and complete for system entry and booking entry.

  • Identifies and highlights discrepancies and/or deficiencies that do not allow the contract to be processed.

  • Oversees (executes if necessary) the entry of the order into the system and then the creation of internal order/internal project.

  • Oversees and is responsible for preparing the Contract Review Meeting and verifying the completeness of information made available by Sales for said meeting.

  • Oversees the constant recording and updating of all suspensions with the customer or the various functions until complete resolution in accordance with the established schedule.

  • Oversees the constant monitoring of parameters and intermediate objectives of the project.

  • Performs project control together with involved functions.

  • Performs constant monitoring of possible penalties applicable to all managed projects/contracts with timely calculation and oversees proper monthly data recording.

  • After consultation with the Project Management Manager, visits clients and attends meetings called by the client and/or convenes meetings.

  • Analyzing contract change requests from the customer.

  • Receiving notice of necessary change from the business function involved, verifying the impact against project requirements.

  • Schedules billing according to payment terms of each contract, oversees the entry of the schedule into the system, oversees the monitoring of the realization of conditions to authorize Finance to bill, performs discrepancy checking against the initial schedule, checks with the customer, or with the functions in charge of realizing the payment milestone, possible remedial actions and proceeds to re-scheduling, having it reviewed in the system.

  • Oversees the management of documentation for client approval.

  • Coordinates the operational activities of the Document Controller of the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing direct relationships with customers and solving problems.

  • Experience in multinational contexts.

  • Previous experience as Project Manager / Project Engineer, for knowledge of the project management process in its entirety and complexity, including the management of relationships with customers and stakeholders typical of the development of a project.

  • Italian and English fluent

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Good Problem Solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
