The development and / or application of methods, procedures, systems, devices, regulations and rules aimed at conservation of human and physical assets in operation Company XYZ. The management of environmental activities environment, safety, health, industrial hygiene and prevention fire here. Assist in the development and management education programs and compliance in connection with federal, state and local regulations with respect to all EPA standards and OSHA or the Union European, UK or other national standards appropriate safety programs and fire prevention General. Position must defend and implement standard of the most important industry Flowserve safety, occupational health, environmental care and fire prevention / preparedness.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide supervision, compliance and documentation of the Safety Standards, as well as the controls of the contractors, to ensure compliance with the requirements of Occupational Safety and Loss Management.
Develop and implement loss control programs, evaluate conditions and determine corrective actions.
Analyze Potential Risks and Implement measures to mitigate them.
Conduct investigations of incidents and injuries, using analytical techniques and find root causes, and recommend action plans by monitoring compliance.
Develop and supervise programs and training meetings on occupational safety.
Facilitate safety inspections to the competent government authority.
Preparation of reports and statistics to the corporation and general management.
Be in charge of the team of technicians and interact.
Control and measurement of safety in all areas of the Company to comply with the Labor Risk Law
Development of new projects for continuous improvement in Occupational Safety.
Control of the Medical Service.
Coordinate new income (onboarding in security topics for new employees)
Comply with improvements requested by the Work Risk Insurer.
Comply with receiving internal, external and corporate Occupational Health and Safety audits.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Title of: Engineer / graduate in safety and hygiene (peferred)
Qualifying enrollment by the Professional Council of Engineers of Mendoza (preferably)
Solid experience working team management.
Experience in Heath, Safety and EA
Experience in industry such as: manufacturing, metalmechanical, automotive, Oil&Gas
Availability to be 100% in Flowserve facilities (Mendoza plant)
