Role Summary:
Flowserve Corporation is a public, multi-national company engaged in the engineering, manufacturing, and servicing of advanced technology fluid handling and control equipment in a variety of markets worldwide. The products of the company include pumps, valves, mechanical seals, and related services. Reporting to the Quality&Safety Manager, this position represents a core support for driving safety as part of operational excellence within Marcianise Plant to a first-class Safety culture.
This will entail ensuring full compliance with all established local HSE regulations as well as Flowserve HSE policies and targets to ensure safe workplace for our employees at excellent level of performance.
Your Role:
Day-to-day compliance to Flowserve safety programs and related activities at Marcianise facility
Support in ensuring compliance with all established national HSE programs
Support in maintaining compliance with HSE Management System standards
Support in implementing and following up national and Corporate training programs
Support in elaborating, updating, reviewing and further development of workplace risk assessments
Support in safety matters auditing and reporting
Monitoring operational HSE KPIs
Updating hazard records and relevant Material Safety Data Sheets
Your Profile:
Engineering graduate (at least 3 year).
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Good reporting and organizational skills
Flexible.
Passion for risk assessment in mechanics and technologies.
Team player, good communication skills, resilient.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint)
Methodical and structured way of working
Willingness to learn.
Good to Have:
0-2 years of professional experience as a safety specialist, ideally in a corporate group or industrial roles in mechanical companies
Knowledge of legal requirements in safety, health and environmental protection
Qualifications or trainings related to safety, environmental and health protection.
