MAIN TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Tâches principales et responsabilités

  • Démontage du matériel à expertiser

  • Après démontage, établissement de la liste des pièces défectueuses à commander par le leader technique ou le QRC superviseur

  • Rangement de la pompe démontée

  • Après commande "Client" et réception des PDR nécessaires, éventuellement sablage et usinage des pièces conservées, préparation au remontage et enfin remontage selon instructions

  • Essais d'étanchéité à l'air

  • Lignage éventuel si groupes moto-pompes

  • Préparation à la mise en peinture

  • Peinture en cabine

  • Fixation sur palette et mise en zone expédition

  • Responsable du rangement, de la propreté de l'atelier et de la maintenance 1er niveau des équipements

  • Intervention sur sites "Clients" pour mise en service ou dépannage
