Role Summary:
The Field Service Staff is responsible for overseeing industrial pumps and other inspection work at a nuclear power plant. This role involves providing on-site instructions to workers, managing work processes, coordinating with clients, and preparing comprehensive documentation. The Field Service Staff will also engage in equipment ordering, calibration of measuring instruments, and invoice processing.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site instructions and manage work activities for workers at the nuclear power plant.
Coordinate and attend meetings with clients and other inspection companies to ensure smooth operations.
Create and maintain work instructions, inspection records, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Order equipment related to inspection work and engage in the calibration of measuring instruments.
Participate in invoice processing and ensure all team members are proficient in this task.
Review daily work activities and collaborate with the team to plan for the next day.
Requirements:
Proficiency in computer use, email, and online meetings.
Ability to operate a floor-operated crane (5t or more), slinging (1t or more), and forklift.
Experience handling hazardous materials (Class 4) or organic solvent operation supervision.
Scaffolding assembly qualification.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Experience working in a nuclear power plant environment.
Experience supervising on-site workers and managing work processes.
Basic English skills for reading and creating documents, with a positive attitude towards using English.
Strong communication skills, capable of cross-communicating with various staff, clients, and departments.
A positive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to handle sudden schedule changes and new challenges.
