In the wake of a replacement in project management, we are searching for a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/t) for our Itzehoe site
Responsibilities & Requirements: Your duties:
Your main duty will be clarifying and managing jobs - with other specialist fields in the various product lines and with the client. In addition to being responsible for achieving project goals, you will also be responsible for complying with the framework conditions. This includes specifically:
Managing projects with less extensive specifications, e.g., in OEM and end customer business
Taking over Clean Orders responsibly
Participating in internal project review meetings, responsible for presenting own projects during these meetings.
Supporting the implementation of CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) activities
Being responsible for maintaining the budget (on budget):
Managing ongoing and end costs to ensure profit margins
Change order management (amendments)
Being responsible for maintaining the schedule (on time):
Creating and coordinating the schedule by adapting standardised flow charts
Coordinating supporting departments regarding project workflows
Managing internal and external communication:
Managing projects according to the pass-gate process that is adjusted to the project size
Being responsible for coordinating project documentation as well as creating and maintaining project RAILs
Ensuring overall good project communication
Being responsible for running project meetings
Creating status reports
Participating in conducting "lessons learned" workshops as part of the projects and working to implement the results.
Quality / Warranty:
Requesting ITPs (Inspection and Test Plan)
Creating document lists
Supervising inspectors/client approvals
Coordinating warranty processing for projects and commissioning.
Preferred Experience / Skills: Your profile:
University degree or equivalent (mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar) required
At least initial prior project management experience
Very good German and good command of English
Strong communication skills
Good SAP skills, as well as MS Office knowledge
Basic knowledge of contract law
High initiative and ability to work in a team
