To support our commercial order processing in order management / CSOF, we are looking for a dedicated clerk (M/F/T) for commercial order processing export at the Itzehoe site for the next possible date, limited to 18 months.

Your tasks:

  • Export processing of pumps, systems, accessories and spare parts incl. preparation of customs documents

  • Organisation of domestic and foreign transports of materials for all types of shipment incl. partial accompaniment/coordination of packaging inspections

  • Creation of customer orders in SAP and preparation of order confirmations

  • Invoicing and settlement of orders in SAP

  • Processing export letters of credit

  • Applying for bank guarantees and sureties for national and international business

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk) or comparable

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in handling export orders desirable

  • High quality awareness, commitment and flexibility

  • Independent and team-oriented work

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP required

  • Very good English
