Role Summary:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing assigned projects, consistent with the strategy of the Commercial Organization. Primary focus is on enhancing sales productivity and the success of the sales and commercial operations teams by implementing and improving the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) tools and processes.

Responsibilities & Requirements:


  • Build custom and scheduled reports based on organizational needs, including data required to support management reviews

  • Develop strong business relationships with HR business partners and the Product and Technical Training Team to set-up, operate, maintain and administer usage and analysis of the LMS

  • Work with Commercial Leadership to correct data inaccuracies

  • Assist management/leaders with LMS reporting.

  • Configure, maintain and continuously improve all data and reporting needs

  • Support management of the Product and Technical training calendar and capacity planning for the Commercial team

  • Ensure all Commercial team members are assigned a curriculum

  • Ensure development plans are loaded in each of the Commercial team members PMP’s

  • Design and deliver Learning Management System (LMS) training for new-hires of the Commercial Team

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to understand, analyze, arrange, data and metrics into concise and meaningful reports

  • Must be detail oriented, flexible, and resourceful

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Enthusiasm, positive energy and flexible in adjusting to changing responsibilities as required

  • A personal style that is achievement-oriented, collaborative, promotes teamwork, and builds relationships

  • Independent working style; patient, open-minded and self-motivated

  • Highly organized with the ability to achieve objectives with minimal direction

  • Computer savvy with experience in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above. An equivalent of education and experience may be considered.

  • Minimum 3 years of training coordination or related experience

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems

  • Familiar with or exposure to complex and technical organizations
