Role Summary:

The Senior Compensation Analyst is a highly impactful role partnering with key business leaders and HR business partners to manage, design and administer global broad-based compensation programs. This position will keep up-to-date on market practices, conduct analysis and develop best in class compensation programs and tools.

Preferred Experience / Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 7+ years of experience in broad-based compensation matters

  • Ability to prioritize work and ensure deadlines are adhered to; high attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly, partner with various teams within the organization and influence key leaders

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen required

  • Understanding of process and program management and change management methodologies

  • Experience deploying compensation programs to larger scale organization

  • Experience preparing and presenting analytics and change recommendations for a senior management audience

  • Demonstrated experience partnering at multiple organizational levels and across remote teams

  • Extensive Excel knowledge including advanced functions

  • Experience working for global organization

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a hands-on environment yet see the big picture on a global basis.

  • Extensive Excel knowledge including advanced functions

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Consulting with leaders and HR Business partners on compensation-related needs to ensure global consistency

  • Review global compensation programs and structures for market-competitiveness and provide recommendations for effective change

  • Manage bench marking process to ensure jobs are correctly aligned to global structures

  • Partner on strategy, design, planning, assessment and administration of broad-based compensation projects as needed

  • Responsible for monitoring new or revised laws and regulations for impact to global compensation programs

  • Review and refine global compensation administration processes.
