Role Summary:

Incorporating Flowserve’s “People First” value, lead a global team of 12 employees in managing Flowserve’s internal Human Resources case management system “askHR”. In this role, you will ensure that HR systems are kept current, regional timekeeping is completed on schedule and employees receive answers to questions and concerns timely with a high level of quality. You will play an integral role for the team implementing solutions, maintaining customer quality metrics and ensuring training documentation is current.

Responsibilities & Requirements: Areas of responsibility include:

  • Management of all HR cases/tickets, ensuring a quality customer experience

  • Daily operation reports and ongoing analytics / measurements of performance including capacity availability

  • Lead and execute training and develop standards for all staff and create individual development plans for each team member

  • Manage performance and coach employees

  • Build strong relationships with our HR Business Partners and payroll leaders for seamless delivery of required transactions and information ·

  • Develop and manage quality metrics and trend analysis to improve performance and customer experience

  • Meet with the team on a regular cadence, as well as regular one on one meetings for training / coaching opportunities

  • Develop cross-training program to ensure coverage during holidays / vacations / absences

  • Participate in HR projects to provide expertise as required

Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with 5+ years' relevant experience

  • Possess strong customer service focus and knowledge of good customer relationship/customer service practices

  • Previous experience with an internal Human Resources customer service system

  • Ability to work within deadlines, in a structured, measurement-oriented environment

  • Be comfortable with technology and proficient with Microsoft Office products

  • High level of responsiveness to escalated issues received from customers or the team

  • Exhibit a professional manner when dealing with others to maintain constructive working relationships

  • Ability to work across boundaries (cross countries, geography/time zones)

  • Foster open communications and seek the ideas and opinions of others

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Project management experience preferred
