The ERP Business Analyst (Manufacturing), will join the North American IT organization and manage projects and capital budgets for associated sites. The individual will operate successfully within a matrix organization. They will demonstrate mastery of a particular technology at associated sites. They will mentor Associate, Staff and Senior level associates as needed to accelerate their ability to deliver expected performance. Not only that, but they will provide service delivery across all areas.
The role reports to the Senior IT manager for North America Business Operations.
Responsibilities:
Consistently delivering projects on time and on budget.
Consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Completing a successful Green Belt project.
Meeting site budget goals.
Providing excellent customer support, both internal and external, while actively tracking customer experience and operations excellence data.
Requirements:
University degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Sciences or related degree)and 5 - 10 years of experience.
Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle) with manufacturing, purchasing/planning, order management.
Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in budgeting.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Preferred skills/experience:
- Project Management experience: Detailed understanding and work experience with systems implementation methodologies and best practice standards and/or certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, with the option to work from either our Houston or Irving offices. Please note that this position DOES NOT support full remote work.
