HR Partner, Benefits Analyst (Staff Level)

The HR Partner, Benefits Analyst is an impactful role partnering with key business leaders and HR Partners to manage, design and administer broad-based benefits programs across the globe. This position will be an integral member of the Benefits team keeping up-to-date on market practices, conducting analytics, partnering with vendors and developing best in class benefits programs and tools.

Accountabilities

  • Consult with leaders and HR Partners on benefits related needs to ensure consistent management globally

  • Review global and regional benefits programs as assigned, coordinate with vendors and ensure programs are aligned with market competitiveness

  • Partner with leaders and HR Business partners on data analytics and provide consulting on best practices in benefits program management

  • Assists with strategy, design, planning, assessment and administration of benefits projects as needed

  • Monitor new or revised laws and regulations for impact to regional benefits programs

  • Assist with program administration and escalated associate issues

  • Help draft and review internal communications

  • Monitor day to day escalations and manage timely internal responses to meet SLAs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in global benefits matters

  • Ability to prioritize work and ensure deadlines are adhered to; high attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly, partner with various teams within the organization and influence key leaders

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen required

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
