Reporting to Manager Corporate Programs – OCM Lead, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies to enable the success of Flowserve’s Digital Transformation. This role will have special focus on the people side of change resulting from changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
Provide OCM strategy and support to specific projects and IT initiatives as needed (with minimal oversight)
Execute reporting on all change and communications-supported projects and maintain visibility to key dates, decisions, milestones, and issues
Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans, including, and not limited to communication, training, role mapping and assessments
Act as a coach for business leaders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor
Assess impacts of change on varying stakeholder groups and develop action and risk mitigation plan
Develop and implement communications materials using a variety of tactics (presentations, responses to questions, key messages, leadership talking points and town halls)
Gather and analyze data to help manage the change
3+ years of Organizational Change Management Experience
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as business, business administration, or human resources
Experience working in cross-functional and complex teams.
Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to execute communications plans, strong writing skills, and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results.
