Role summary:

At our company, the training of young talent (M/F/T) is one of our most important tasks. Following the motto 'Learning by doing,' you will be fully integrated into work processes at every stage of the training, and you will be prepared optimally and individually for your future career path.

During your training, you will be active in areas such as materials management, sales, marketing, human resources, and accounting.

The training lasts for 3 years. Reduction in duration is possible with very good academic and operational performance.

Your tasks:

  • Purchasing, storing, and preparing goods for production

  • Planning, controlling, and monitoring production processes

  • Planning and organizing training measures

  • Conducting sales negotiations with customers and holding presentations

  • Acquiring, advising, and supporting customers

  • Planning and implementing marketing and advertising measures

  • Conducting market analyses and evaluating results

  • Handling financial and business accounting

  • Implementing company strategies and processes

Your profile:

  • Required are the Abitur (university entrance qualification) or a good secondary school leaving certificate

  • Above-average performance in the subjects German, Mathematics, and English

  • Basic understanding of business, teamwork skills, interest in communication and organization

  • Good PC skills (MS Office) are desirable
