Good news! We are once again accepting applications for the Flowserve Technical Traineeship at our Etten-Leur site. This means that you can apply for our two-year Traineeship.
The Flowserve Technical Traineeship is for fresh graduates who aspire to jump start their technical (engineering) career. You will drive short-cycle technical (innovation) projects and at the same time gain a lot of business-wise experience. Do you want to make an impact on your career and on our organization? This is your chance!
In 4 blocks of 6 months you will be challenged to set up your own innovation-, research- and improvement projects. We help you on your way, but you are in the lead. You will rotate between different engineering departments and get acquainted with different types of products. (International) trips to Project Management, Manufacturing or Commercial Operations are also possible. Together we gradually shape your traineeship.
A selection of our previous assignments:
Devise upgrade solutions for valves and/or pumps running in the field
Carry out new Seal & System part calculations and provide engineering support during manufacturing in the factory
Perform product experiments in our test laboratory

Your profile
You are an energetic person who takes ownership. You are highly motivated so procrastinating and being hesitant definitely do not apply to you. Strong in communication but even stronger in establishing authentic relationships with the people around you. You take accountability for your performance. In addition, you have:
A completed Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Excellent command of the English language
Full-time availability and are you prepared to travel, also internationally
