Job Summary:
The Order Fulfilment team for Original Equipment (OEM team) has 4 Customer Service Representatives (CSR) that are responsible for the complete order management of Mechanical seals. The OEM team is the link between customer, engineering and operations. You will be the first point of contact for several customers. Our customers are mainly pump manufacturers (OEM’s) located in Europe and the Middle East.
Your goal is to deliver the seal orders on time while ensuring that our customers value Flowserve as responsive, reliable, consistent and helpful in offering value added solutions and solving their problems. You are the spider in the web by closely monitoring the status of the orders, remove obstacles and update customers regularly. On daily basis you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning and Manufacturing to reach customer satisfaction.
You will be involved in the following tasks:
Extensive and pro-active communication with our OE customers and sales representatives
Efficient accepting, booking, planning and scheduling of seal and systems orders. Control of clean order entry to ensure accurate order booking in compliance with Flowserve policies and International Laws and -Standards
Expediting and priority setting of OE orders within the Seal Operations organization (Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing)
Follow-up on OE order; create milestone planning and address and tackle performance obstacles effectively to ensure planning dates are met (both during engineering and manufacturing stage)
Progress reporting to our customers
Registration and support regarding customer complaints
Take part in projects to Continuously Improve Operational Performance
Objectives will be focused on customer satisfaction, pro-active communication to customers, on-time-delivery and efficiency of order management processes
You are the ideal colleague if you have:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or in a technical study) and/or related work experience to Bachelor level
Team Player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
English communication skills both verbal and written
Administrative skills
Pro-active in solving daily issues with customers and within the organization
Focus on Continuous Improvement of the Flowserve processes
