Role Summary:

The Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Team After Market (CSOF AM) in Etten-Leur is recruiting for a: Customer Service Representative M/V 40 hours a week

In this position you will be responsible for the order management for a number of customers in the Aftermarket team of the Seal Operations Facility in Etten Leur. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the contact person for a number of our customers.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Extensive and pro-active communication with our After Market customers.

  • Efficient and timely accepting, booking, and scheduling of After Market seal orders.

  • Control of clean order entry. Confirming orders to our customers.

  • Follow-up on order fulfillment for specific customers (each team member is responsible for specific customers/regions).

  • Communication of reliable lead times to our customers.

  • Expediting and priority setting of orders within the Etten-Leur organization.

  • Progress reporting to our customers.

  • Registration and support regarding customer complaint handling

Objectives will be focused on customer satisfaction, pro-active communication to customers, on-time-delivery, reliability, and efficiency of order management processes.

In this role, where you will be based in Etten-Leur, you will be reporting to the Manager CSOF AM, working in a team with other customer service representatives.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Team Player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good English verbal and written communication skills, other language skills is a plus.

  • Strong administrative skills: accuracy is important.

  • Pro-active in solving daily issues with customers and within the organization.

  • Experience with using MRP driven business systems is preferred. (SAP)

  • Experience in a sales or customer service-related department is preferred.

  • Experience in Excel is preferred

  • Ambitious to develop personally and to grow within the company
