Setupofthemachineaccordingtoplan, takingintoaccountthedrawingindex
Determinationandprovisionofthenecessarycuttingtoolsandmeasuringequipment
Checkingthematerialsforcompliancewiththeworkingpapers
CreationoftheCNCmachiningprogramaccordingtodrawingandmaterial
Manualadjustmentofdifficultpartsaswellaschecking,marking,inserting,clampingandaligningfinishedworkpieces
ManufactureoftherawpartsaccordingtoworkingpapersandexecutionofdimensionalchecksDeburring,markingwithproductionnumbersaswellastestingoftheworkpieceasaresultoftheworker'sself-inspection
CompletionnotificationoftheworkpiecebyscanningitatthecentralPCworkstationIndependentrectificationofminormechanicalfaultsofthemachineaswellaselectronicfaultrectificationbyarrangement
Cleanandlubricatethemachineaccordingtospecifications
Your profile:
Cutting machine operator: specializing in milling technology
Knowledge of CNC machines
Teamwork skills and resilience
Programming skills with Heidenhain controls are an advantage
