Inside Sales Support Representative (M/F/T)

Responsibilities:

• Sizing and selection of actuators and spare parts according to customers’ specifications as well as proposal development.

• Review of customers’ specifications.

• Verification and compliance of legal and commercial Terms & Conditions as well as review of Engineering Risk.

• Support of technical and commercial questions.

• Pricing.

• Buyout quotes.

Requirements:

• Completed commercial education (e.g industrial clerk) preferably with technical knowledge.

• Good commercial and technical understanding

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

• Sound command of the German and English languages.

• Adequate experience in an industrial company of advantage.

• Experience in dealing with customers.

• Strong commitment and sense of responsibility.

• Good communication skills and well-organized way of working.
