The customer care project manager is fully accountable for the successful execution and resolution of the project and claims coming from site, the focus is to properly support customer after shipment. Their key drivers are customer satisfaction, quick reply and support, on-time delivery. On top of claim resolution the customer care project manager shall identify possible new business generating opportunities from claim. They are the key point of contact for the customer’s during the entire warranty period and during installation and commissioning period. The customer care project manager must maintain a positive customer experience while looking for new business opportunities. The project manager is an individual contributor position, who reports directly to the plant customer care supervisor.

Single point of contact for project, purchaser order, or scope of work
Sets pace and agenda for the project team
Seek out points of contact or resources required to optimally execute and resolve the claim
Through clear and proactive communications, establish strong client relationships which exemplify Flowserve’s Purpose, Values, and Behaviors as well as manages customer expectations
Develop relationships with project team members, while fostering a relationship between the project team and functional groups
Identifies and manage the risks, changes in scope of work and implement lessons learned and best practices
Accountable for project’s financial performance and updating relevant stakeholders
Ensures timely submission of documentation, identify and record changes in the project scope, and negotiate variation orders for customer driven changes.

Resolve the site claim and support client within the time and expectations. Identify problem areas, evaluate and initiate corrective action to prevent future issue on site
Manage and support from remote field service engineer to properly inspect the pump and equipment with the aim to solve the site issue
Troubleshooting competences checking data and information received from site
Preparation of technical reports
Knowledge in making Root cause analysis finalizing reports
Working background on pump industry and oil&gas market is preferred
