Role Summary:

As a Customer Masterdata Administrator, you are to maintain a clean customer masterdata database and managing the administration of all customer-related data in the different ERP systems.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

You'll be involved in the following tasks:

  • Maintaining clean customer master in the different ERP systems

  • Accountability for managing the administration of all customer-related data

  • Processing all Customer Master Data inputs and changes

  • Handling all data entry requests and queries received

  • Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations

  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements

  • Identifying and communicating gaps, queries, and errors.

  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service

  • Supporting improvement programs

  • Working together with other departments to make Flowserve customers satisfied

What do you need for this job

  • 1-3 years relevant experience

  • Economics/IT/Finance related Secondary Studies or Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) required, studies in Economics is an advantage

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must and any other language is an advantage

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders

  • Confident user of MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP)

  • Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent team player

  • Supportive attitude and good interpersonal skill set

  • Ability to cope with process changes.
