Role Summary:

Flowserve is currently seeking an experienced Material Handler. The material handler will document, receive, move, and store materials for assembly operations and aftermarket orders. They will be responsible for pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies to assigned production lines; pull and package aftermarket orders; stage finished products in the warehouse or on the production lines, conduct cycle counts, and bin to bin audits.

Responsibilities & Requirements: Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizes computer to accurately complete stocking or pulling transactions

  • Pulls parts to build industrial pumps

  • Reviews documentation for accuracy

  • Moves materials to specified locations with industrial equipment

  • Pulls/packages materials for aftermarket orders

  • Follows proper procedures to receive and stock materials

  • Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections

  • Analyze pick sheets based on customer orders and pull the appropriate products for each order.

  • Additional related duties deemed necessary by supervisor


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Two years of related material handling and forklift experience

  • Ability to follow proper safety procedures and guidelines

  • Detail-oriented

  • Excellent PC skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Availability to work overtime including weekends and evenings.

  • Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Experience:

  • Forklift certification

  • Oracle and scanner experience

  • Willingness to work first or second shift, as needed
