Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and energetic content creator with a passion for web and digital projects (including blogs, social media, email, and web personalization), to deliver digital moments that matter for our users and helps achieve our internal client’s business goals.

While the preferred location for this position is our World Headquarters in Irving, Texas, we understand that creativity can be sparked elsewhere. The position can also be located within a commutable distance from any of our locations in the United States.

Preferred Experience / Skills: Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years digital content experience with a solid portfolio and expertise in creating content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Advanced skills to write SEO-friendly content, UX writing, editing/proofing, and testing digital content

  • High proficiency using Drupal, Pardot, Hootsuite, and native social media platforms

  • Experience laying out web pages, social media, emails, and other visual digital material as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a global and/or B2B industrial manufacturing company

  • Experience using platforms such as Welcome, Wrike, Slack, Asana, and Teams

  • Experience with YouTube, including best practices to increase views and subscriptions

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Create content for a variety of digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and emails as well as plan and execute smooth-running content calendars

  • Write, edit, test, and post content for specific audiences and proactively look for content opportunities, which may involve conducting market research or employing SEO strategies

  • Build and engage online audiences by developing engaging content that promotes the Flowserve brand and facilitates conversation

  • Use content authoring and technology tools to construct, track, edit, and test items

  • Assist and contribute to innovative content planning discussions as well as communicate with content management and digital product teams for any development needs

  • Administer webpages, including creating new online interpretive content, partial responsibility for website maintenance/content, and facilitate regularly updated content features

  • Administer social media posts as well as support client needs by planning, managing, and developing new social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter

  • Administer emails, including email content creation and production, and continuous advancement of email features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, and template development
