Flowserve is seeking the best and brightest to join a team implementing, enhancing and supporting our Salesforce technology platform. Flowserve is currently on a multi-year journey of digital transformation, a key foundation of which is our enterprise Salesforce Sales cloud implementation which was delivered in 2018. The last two years have focused on enhancing that foundation, with integrations to contract lifecycle management, our Configure-Price-Quote tools, Pardot Marketing Automation, and also delivery of an advanced Sales Forecasting solution, among others.
Preferred Experience / Skills: Qualifications:
Experience working integrations in an enterprise system w/ Web Services.
Experience troubleshooting and rationalizing potential solutions
Experience with development tools including APEX Data loader or Workbench
Experience with Bitbucket or some other version control tool
Experience with Visual Studio or some other IDE
Actively holding the Salesforce Administrator Certification
Develop and maintain required reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and, workflows, working with other technical resources as required.
Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client's business requirements and fulfill user stories
Experience as team/project lead including development best practices, code reviews
Experience in mentoring junior associates in development
Experience Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, etc.
Experience in Marketing Systems applications landscape
Experience participating in cross-functional activities across supporting IT departments and work with business stakeholders
Experience developing in an enterprise environment such as source code control, continuous deployment, release management
Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts. Documents may include detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams or design documents.
Experience with administration, configuration, customization and development within Salesforce.com, and in reports and dashboards
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Working collaboratively and having very strong communications skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking
Working towards or actively holding the Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
Responsibilities & Requirements: Exciting work on our strategic roadmap includes enterprise ecommerce and CPQ, partner and customer communities, service capabilities including field service lightning. As a CRM specialist-programmer, you will be a senior member of this team, with opportunities to shape and drive the delivery of the important innovative enhancements and implementations. You will have responsibilities to work with internal customers to understand their needs, identify the problem, direct them to the proper solution, or provide self-help instructions. You will work with general direction from the manager on more complex tasks. You will be expected to implement business processes that follow best practices and support the integrity of the systems.
Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science required.
Master’s in computer related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Salesforce Development including Lightning Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile – user stories, features, story points, etc.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Technical Architecture for Salesforce.com
