IGNITE Leadership Tracks

Flowserve's 3-year rotational Early Career Development Program – IGNITE provides two career tracks designed to help you advance your technical, business, and leadership skills through hands on experiences. The IGNITE Early Career Program is currently only available in the US.

Business Unit Leadership Track

Connect your engineering training to business strategy and enterprise solutions.

Upon completion of this track, you’ll be prepared for roles in Applications Engineering, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, etc.

Operations/Engineering Leadership Track

Apply your problem-solving skills to real-world challenges impacting both local and global operations.

This track will prepare you for roles in Operational Excellence, Materials Management, Supervision, Product Design, Supply Chain, etc.

Rotation Specifics

  • Rotations driven off site roles vs. projects
  • 1st Year rotation aligned to career track
  • 2nd Year rotation will provide exposure to alternative career track
  • Program can accommodate changes to career track
  • 3rd Year rotation should align to career track
