This team, working in concert with the entire Flowserve enterprise, is responsible for delivering systems & tools, accelerating individual acumen, and business intelligence solutions for Flowserve, especially regarding the Commercial Organization people, process, and technology and Customer facing aspects of our go-to market strategies.

The Sales Performance Management (SPM) Administrator will be responsible for regional sales administration for the Flowserve Pump Division (FPD) in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMA), including: collaborating with regional sales leaders for new hire setup/termination in the Xactly Incent system; administering Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) payouts for FPD EMA SIP participants; managing the global SPIF program for EMA participants; preparing monthly reports and dashboards; and other ad hoc reporting / analysis as needed by the SalesOps leadership team.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, SPM or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience with sales incentive processes, payroll processes and/or compensation & benefits processes

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Xactly Incent Certified Level 1, 2, and 3.

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Sound problem solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with others

  • Global / Cultural awareness and sensitivity

  • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization


This position will be responsible for driving the SPM processes for EMA FPD, which include (but are not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Ensure all Sales Incentive Plans are in compliance with the sales incentive programs

  • Setup and maintain the sales team information within the Xactly System

  • Partner with regional sales leaders to drive the annual quota setting process

  • Route all sales incentive documents (SIP Letters, Quota Changes, etc.) via Xactly for approval and tracking

  • Generate required monthly reporting such as payout files, attainment / performance reporting as well as ad hoc reporting requests from SalesOps leaders and regional business partners

  • Complete monthly validation of all bookings per individual in Xactly to ensure accuracy prior to calculating payouts

  • Process payout files ensuring compliance prior to submitting the payouts to local HR payroll teams

  • Ensure any quota change request keeps the overall quotas aligned with the operations bookings plan

  • Administration of all Special Incentive Programs (i.e. SPIF’s - Special Program Incentive Fund)

  • Administration of the Xactly SIP system (maintain currency tables, manage FTP process, etc.)

  • Identify process improvements and prioritize based on sales leadership input

  • Continuously enhance and implement reporting tools and analytics to enable Commercial leadership to drive bookings growth
