Role Summary:
At Flowserve, we are undertaking a global transformation of our IT Support Organization from a dispersed model to regional IT Centers of Excellence.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
You'll be involved in the following tasks:
Identify technical needs based on business cases and requirements
Project management of implementations of changes and enhancements, including coordination with business teams, master data teams, testers, technical support teams, banks, payment service providers
Assist in process mapping workshops and process improvement activities
Support the Hungarian team as they Job shadow at the sending location and start to transition the work back to the shared service center.
Acquire a deep understanding of the systems and processes transferred into the shared service center
Train and develop Super-users inside the shared service center
Design standardized best in class processes and implement these across the functional team in cooperation with the BSC Business Process Improvement team
Support Transition Manager (Payment SME and BSC Payment Team) and the transition team with ad hoc requests
Operate effectively as a unified team with technology experts (both in-house and outsourced) as well as CoE / EnSite counterparts in the other regions, to meet the deliverables as promised to business in achieving quality solutions on-time.
Evaluate solutions for changes/enhancements with an enterprise mindset and focus on value-addition/usability/long-term sustainability
Support projects during testing cycles; maintaining standard repeatable test scenarios/scripts and perform automated regression testing
Partner with support teams during Hypercare support phase to ensure a smooth transition into EnSite
Support the transition from projects into the support organization for the respective global business processes; review and maintain business process and system documentation from a support perspective
Propose system changes to ensure effective and Standard Blueprint Payment Process
What do you need for this job:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Information Technology or related discipline
5-7 years' of experience in financial business processes with focus on accounts payables, payments, banking processes
Experience supporting various IT systems and integrations; SAP and Oracle EBS systems preferred
Understanding change management and issue resolution processes and 3rd party tools such as ServiceNow, Solution Manager, STAT
Participated in 1-2 full life-cycle application implementation, experience in production support
Customer service attitude and must be adept at communicating with non-technical business personnel
Excellent business engagement, organization and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in and manage matrix teams
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, other language is a plus
Eager to learn and gain more knowledge
Previous Shared service and transition experience is preferred
