Role Summary:

Flowserve’s Sales Operations team is looking for a creative, technical and customer focused business analyst to support sales and commercial enablement projects, and provide application and system support for commercial training, tools, and processes.

This position will work collaboratively with a variety of functions including our Sales, Commercial Operations, HR, and IT teams leading commercial innovation initiatives that are focused on sales process optimization, customer enablement and improving customer experience. The candidate will have the ability to understand business challenges, solve complex problems, support enablement projects, and enhance sales productivity and the success of the commercial teams by implementing and improving training tools and processes.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve on training material, data, and reporting

  • Evaluate, propose, and implement scalable commercial solutions with consideration of business and technical requirements

  • Collaborate with commercial teams in areas where processes and procedures require innovation, modernization and training developed

  • Lead enablement projects. Define, design, implement, test, and deploy global enterprise tools and capabilities using agile development methodology

  • Provide training to educate customers and stakeholders

  • Travel up to 10%

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

  • Experience working in industrial markets or manufacturing

  • Knowledge working with software development projects, understanding of application and data architecture or related experience

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Knowledgeable in Scrum and Agile software development

Preferred Experience / Skills: Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience with a B2B manufacturing company

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, SharePoint, and ERP systems (Oracle and SAP)

  • Familiar with or exposure to complex and technical organizations

  • Experience working with global virtual teams

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems

  • Experience with training development

  • Experience evaluating and working with third party vendors and implementation partners

  • Communication and presentation skills for technical and business-oriented audiences

  • Experience in application development and prototyping

  • Strong understanding of best practices

  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of statistics

  • Must have strong sales and commercial aptitude and relationship building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, changing environment and ability to lead change
