We are looking a motivated Sales Engineer to manage accounts within the assigned territory in order to drive sustainable business growth by selling Flowserve products, services, and solutions directly to the end-users and through the distribution network. Expected to spend more than 50% outside of the office visiting clients.
Responsibilities & Requirements:

Responsible for achieving the assigned booking plan for the territory.
Drive market share growth and protect existing installed base.
Provide adequate technical solutions to customers to drive performance improvements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations for Flowserve products, services and solutions.
Maintain the CRM system with constant update to all opportunities.
Provide accurate twelve-month rolling forecast on a monthly basis.
Maintain and strengthen relationship with key customers.
Perform regular client visits focused on target customers, including site visits.
Manage all tasks related to the PO full cycle, from receipt of RFQ to invoicing.
Work with EPC’s and consultants to secure new projects
Analyze technical proposals and support clarification meetings with customers.
Work with the difference cross functions within Flowserve to meet customer expectation.
Ensure customer satisfaction and drive resolution of ongoing issues.
Follow up on invoices and ensure receipt of payments within the due payment date.
Maintain an updated customer profile including all the relevant data.
Provide all the necessary information to achieve an accurate monthly forecast.
Produce all necessary reports as/when required with adequate quality standard.
Skills and Qualifications
University degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of two years’ experience with rotating equipment, preferably with pumps and seals.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Arabic.
High level computer skills (MS Word, Excel, ppt, etc).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills.
Team player with high level of discipline and good organizational skills.
Self-motivated and results driven.
